Welcome to Miiro ("the app", "we", "our", or "us"). By using Miiro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Miiro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Miiro is a task management, meal planning, and shared list application designed for individuals, couples, and families. The app allows you to create tasks, share lists, manage recipes, plan meals, and organize your daily activities.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Miiro. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Miiro.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Miiro offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: All features included with limits on capacity (3 lists, 5 saved recipes, 3 recipe imports, 1 template, 1 shared list, 2 household members).
• Miiro+ ($2.99/month or $24.99/year): Unlimited lists, recipes, imports, templates, shared lists, and up to 6 household members. One subscription covers your whole household.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
• The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Miiro (tasks, lists, recipes, meal plans). By using the sharing features, you grant shared household members the ability to view and edit shared content. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Miiro for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the app without permission
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights

8. Availability

We strive to keep Miiro available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Miiro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Miiro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
